Refund policy
We hope you are in love with your order!
But if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or require a size exchange, we will happily assist you with an exchange or refund.
To start a return or exchange please contact us at contact@dubaibeachwear.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return/exchange.
Please note that the conditions for all return requests are as follows:
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel in the original packaging they were sent in with tags and panty liners in tact. Shipping charges are at customer expense.
- For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear.
- All items marked as FINAL SALE are non returnable unless the item is defective. If stock allows we may exchange for another size if available.
- Orders with a 25% discount code and above are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Items that have been worn, soiled/stained, smelling of perfumes/scents are not eligible to return and will be sent back to you.
- Card refunds take up to 7-14 days (Refunds will be issued in original form of payment). The total amount will be refunded back to the same card that was used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item/s are received back to us.
- Colours/lighting may show differently on each mobile or desktop therefore there might be slight variations in colour. If you are unsure about the colour you are purchasing and would like to see more photos please email us.
- Exchanges: the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
